My car was literally about to break down as I'm dropping my son off at school. I googled nearby shops and this one had good reviews and very close by. I took a chance as every knows that finding a trustworthy shop is stressful. I couldnt be happier with the work that they did. The front desk person (sorry, forgot name) he was absolutely helpful with everything and made me feel at ease with the whole process. They were able to take care of my car issues quickly and as far as I know it seems to be working just perfectly. I highly recommend them and I do plan to go back if I have other issues. I believe I need to replace my break pads/rotors soon and will not hesitate to go straight to Eagan. Thanks again and I have my peace of mind that my car is fixed going into another harsh Madison winter. Thank you!

Friendly professional staff. Helpful in options to drop my car off before opening. Went in for an oil change and they rotated tires at no charge. Great price and service.

I was actually recommended to take my sons car here by numerous people and now I know why. The car was diagnosed and repaired same day. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, honest and walked us through each step from diagnosis to repair. We will definitely be bringing our cars here!

I CANT TELL YOU AS A FEMALE HOW MANY AUTO SHOPS INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE AND TRY TO UPSELL CRAP MY CAR DOESNT NEED I RUN INTO THIS EVERYWHERE ESP IN THE CITY!!!!! I’ve been taken advantage of by almost all shops BUT EAGAN! He’s honest reliable and charges great prices. He won’t try to upsell you on things your car doesn’t need he’s honestly one of the most honest car mechanic I’ve ever been to! I can’t say enough great things about his business they explain things well they are so personable and kind ! I will be bringing my car here again I encourage everyone to support this small business. Eagan is very honest!!!! I would highly recommend please spend your money is small businesses like this most shops see a women coming and try to over charge or do things that are unnecessary I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been taken advantage of by auto shops! Eagan is very honest reliable trustworthy!!!!!!!!! They won’t try to upsell you stuff you don’t need they won’t lie just to make a sale! I would recommend them to anyone!
