Shawn even showed me some neat functions I didn’t know my car had. When ordering parts, Tom explained how they price compare to make sure you get the best deal with the best warranty. I was amazed how quickly they were able to order new parts and finish the job- less than 24 hours for something I thought would take days. They even gave me a cool loaner car to drive. I stumbled across Eagan Auto Sales on Facebook as they were running an amazing deal for people in the Beauty industry during this crazy pandemic. They were able to get me in pretty quickly and were very flexible with rescheduling when I had to cancel last minute due to work. They were very professional and thorough with my vehicle. They gave me a detailed report with any extra things that needed attention, but not pushy to get fixed right away. I had some questions about another vehicle while I was there and they were honest about what was possibly wrong with it (tire issue). I was literally going to just buy another tire and instead he suggested to bring it in as he was doubtful that I needed to replace the tire.
