I went to Eagan for my first time and it won’t be my last! I always see in Facebook groups people looking for a good mechanic around sun prairie and a lot of people always recommended Eagan. I finally needed my oil changed so I went to them to try it out. I needed an oil change, tires rotated and check fluids. They did it all and I was very pleased with my service. Cost was reasonable and I will definitely be back! I am so glad we have them here in our town. It’s hard to find a reliable and honest mechanic that you can trust with the one of the most important things we need in our day to day life. Thank you Eagan for being here!

This place is fantastic, would highly recommend. They are trustworthy and explain things well without talking down to me. We asked them to take a look at both of our cars to see if one or the other was a better candidate for replacing. They were quick, reasonably priced, and gave us great feedback and recommendations to help us make the decision.

Went in for an oil change told them about an issue with an inside light. They found and solved it quickly and did not charge me extra for it. Quick and friendly service. I will definitely be back.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Eagan Auto this week. I had some anti lock brake and traction control issues that Shawn was able to get me in for super fast. His communication throughout the process was amazing, always honest, explained what was going on during every step, and is extremely fair priced. He cared that things were done right, to the best of their ability, and fixed what another shop didn’t do well on my car, and was honest about wanting my car to be safe and correct. As a woman who gets nervous with auto shops, I will absolutely be returning to Eagan every time. Thank you Eagan Auto and Shawn!

This was my first experience at Eagan. After an interesting journey to find the business everything was excellent. Receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very helpful in helping me with directions after Google tied me in knots. Once there service was prompt and professional. Price was more than fair and the use of service coupon was flawless. Certainly intend to return.

My favorite place to take my car in Madison! Customer service is great, I don't feel pressured to fix low priority issues like other places I've been to, they're also so fast, honest, and the prices are also the best in the area, especially for the level of service!! Eagan Auto is a top notch car service. They are efficient and reliable with their good work. They do need to get ahead of their coffee availability, which is the worst comment I can make.
